  This completely threw my move off schedule and cost me extra money as I had to pay the movers extra for more time used. I had to get a truck from Discount instead, who were great.

  I reserved a truck online over a week in advance at this location for a big move. I arrived 20 minutes early to pick up the truck and I was informed that this location doesn’t even rent trucks.

  There was no remedy offered, simply a “sorry”. They couldn’t even bring a truck from a different location as none were available.

  Booked a pickup truck here and they called saying it was unavailable on that day. However, after speaking with Rachel from hq they solved the issue by getting me a truck from a different branch right away. Great customer service. Will definitely rent from Advantage from now on.
